I’m a former Amazon team member, 3x entrepreneur, crypto marketing agency founder and a not-so-closeted spiritualist.

I learned to heal myself from an eating disorder that nearly killed me at age 14. I did this by using the breath and the voice to get to the root of my disease: sexual abuse energy.

Over a 15+ year healing journey I’ve studied this controlling energy to more deeply understand how it affects humanity.

I now make music and offer support & information to be of service to others in liberating themselves from this energy.

I’ve been certified in over a dozen modalities including:

Breathwork facilitator via David Elliott, reiki practitioner, singer, EFT practitioner, 500 hr yoga teacher, trauma sensitive trained practitioner—I’ve led yoga for sexual assault survivors & people experiencing homelessness—and a psychedelic healing assistant and guide.

As the co-founder of Liber8, a mental and emotional healing tech product, I have worked intimately with cancer patients and individuals experiencing chronic disease - many of which relate directly back to sexual abuse energy.

My music, new audio experience book “Hungry: 6 Steps to Heal our Need for More”, and healing work are designed to help people realize the power to heal themselves through my favorite medium: sound.
